(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Former President Donald Trump’s ex-attorney Jim Trusty has argued that on Tuesday when Judge Juan Merchan had given a “tongue lashing” to attorney Todd Blanche who is currently representing Trump it must have been a bad moment.
Trusty appeared on CNN where he argued that as an attorney regardless of which side you are on, the “c-word” is a horrible thing to hear about yourself. He added that by that he means credibility. He said that hearing a judge say that you have “lost credibility” is a bad time for anyone as all they will think about is how they could potentially fix that.
On Tuesday, Merchan, who is overseeing the New York hush money criminal case that Trump is involved in, told Blanche that he had lost all of his credibility. This statement was made after Blanche had claimed that his client had not violated the gag order against him at any time. Trump is accused of having violated the gag order with 10 posts on social media and his campaign website.
Blanche had argued that Trump had been incredibly careful to ensure that he would not be in violation of the gag order and that they were trying to be compliant with it.
The judge, in response to this argument, told the attorney that he was losing all of his credibility in this court and asked whether he would make any other argument.
