(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – The Biden 2024 reelection campaign has spent $50 million in an ad campaign that is meant to target former President Donald Trump’s criminal conviction ahead of the June 27th, first presidential debate.
The Biden campaign is likely to have been considering the newer polls which have shown that there is not a fast enough movement of voters against Trump. Currently, only 21 percent of independents have argued that the criminal conviction of the former President is enough reason for them to be less likely to vote for Trump according to the latest Ipsos poll. Another 43 percent of Americans have claimed that they believe Trump’s conviction has been motivated by Biden’s reelection hopes.
The Ipsos poll, conducted only after Trump’s conviction, also found that the conviction did not have a big effect on Republicans as only 10 percent of them have argued that it made them less likely to vote for the former President.
Biden and his campaign have been trying to sway more voters to their side and are using a large infusion of cash as part of their ad campaign. Trump, however, has mocked Biden for trying to use the case as an election-turning issue and has repeatedly claimed that the indictments against him are going to help him win the White House.
In the 30-second ad which pushes the importance of character, it is noted that in this election there are two candidates, one of whom is a selfish convicted criminal, while the other is supposedly a U.S. president who is fighting for American families.
