(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Laura Ingraham, a Fox News host, during a segment of her show on Wednesday evening called all those who are happy at the prospect of former President Donald Trump’s mugshot being taken following his indictment in Georgia “sick.” As she pointed out she could not see how it was either necessary or good for America to have a mugshot for a former President.
Last week, Trump along with 18 of his allies was indicted in connection to his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results within the state. Law enforcement officials have so far claimed not to have received any guidance that Trump’s mug shot is not going to be taken when he is booked.
Patrick Labat, the Fulton County Sheriff, told reporters following the indictment that regardless of the person’s status they were going to continue with their normal booking process unless being informed otherwise.
Ingraham in her show played a collection of clips from several news channels that show reports about Trump being booked in and having his mug shot taken. Should this actually occur it would be a completely unprecedented moment, as so far Trump has not had his mug shot taken in any of his indictments. The Fox News host proceeded to question whether people were worried that he would simply disappear or that he would leave the country, especially considering he is a 2024 Republican presidential candidate. She then added that she was sure they would set his bail at a billion dollars and that this “sick fantasy never ends.”
