(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump was again indicted by the Department of Justice in connection with his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. In the indictment, six unindicted co-conspirators are mentioned but not named.

Despite this, some of the indictment’s details include information about many of Trump’s closest associates including those who had been called in by the House Committee that had been investigating the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, and had been recommended to be charged in connection with their association to this case.

The indictment mentions that the co-conspirators helped Trump in his criminal efforts to alter the 2020 presidential election results and continue serving in the White House.

The first co-conspirator is believed to be Rudy Giuliani as he is described as an attorney who was willing to continue spreading misinformation and who had employed strategies that Trump’s re-election campaign attorney had not followed.

John Eastman has been confirmed to be the second co-conspirator by his attorney Harvey Silvergate. Eastman was described as an attorney who had tried to use a strategy that would block the certification of the presidential election by taking advantage of the ceremonial role of the Vice President.

The third co-conspirator is Sidney Powell, an attorney who privately stated that the fraud election claims would sound “crazy” to others despite publicly perpetuating them.

The other three co-conspirators are believed to be Jeffrey Clark, Kenneth Chesebro, and a sixth person whose identity has not yet been determined.
