(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, who served as the ambassador to the United Nations during the Trump administration, recently slammed her former boss over his criticisms of Israel’s Prime Minister Netanyahu.
Former President Donald Trump has long been known for making a slew of controversial comments. His most recent comments have again resulted in him being at the forefront.
The recent attack by Hamas, a Palestinian militant group against Israel has resulted in a widespread conflict in the region, leading to thousands of people on both sides losing their lives. In response to this attack, Trump recently criticized Netanyahu and even described the terrorist group as “smart.”
These comments were slammed not only by Democrats but also by many of the 2024 GOP presidential candidates. In a recent interview, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis told Fox News that Trump’s comments did not “make any sense.”
Haley similarly stated that this was not something they should be doing; they should not be stating that a militant Islamist terrorist group is good, nor should they criticize the Israeli Prime Minister and refer to him as “bad.”
Trump, who previously had claimed to be Israel’s strongest defender, has slammed Netanyahu and has alleged that the Israeli Prime Minister had backed out of a plan to kill Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani, who was one of Iran’s top intelligence commanders. He added that he would never forget how Netanyahu had “let us down” and further stated that he was disappointed by that move.
