(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Emerging from another day in court, Trump claimed Tuesday was a “very good day” in court while denouncing the Democratic Party as “fascists.”
Standing outside the court, Trump read several headlines and excerpts from news outlets. One excerpt suggested that a problem was emerging for Democrats in the “extensive polling” that revealed voters were uncovering their “scam.”
Trump continued reading from the excerpt that noted how “100,000 enthusiastic people” had gathered in New Jersey over the weekend to support Trump, suggesting it was a glimpse of “how terrified Democrats are of Trump.”
The former President then interjected to suggest Democrats couldn’t be afraid because “They’re fascists.”
In another excerpt, Trump read a critique slamming the court case as nothing more than “interference” in the upcoming presidential election, then described Tuesday’s day in court as a “very good day,” adding that his legal team was exposing the trial for being a “scam.”
Tuesday was Trump’s former attorney and fixer Michael Cohen’s second day of testimony, where he faced cross-examination.
During cross-examination, Trump’s legal team queried Cohen’s multiple TikTok videos, which included one in which he described the former President as a “crying little b*tch” and a “dictator douche bag.”
In response, Cohen suggested he posted to TikTok because he couldn’t sleep and the videos regarding Trump were “an out.”
Todd Blanche, Trump’s defense attorney, followed up by asking whether Cohen frequently commented on a podcast about wanting to see the former President convicted in the case.
Cohen replied in the affirmative but suggested his comments only meant he wanted Trump to be held accountable.
The cross-examination came after Cohen told the court on Monday that he had used personal funds to pay former adult star Stormy Daniels $130,000 in 2016 to guarantee her silence over an alleged sexual encounter she had with Trump in 2006.
Cohen had also revealed that he had also secretly recorded Trump in 2016 on his iPhone.
