Former President Trump is already making the most of his possible indictment by sending out fundraising emails to his supporters requesting donations for his third presidential campaign.

Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg recently hinted that he was preparing to potentially file charges against the former President in connection to his investigation of Trump’s role in the hush money payment made to adult film star Stormy Daniels in exchange for her silence over their alleged affair prior to the 2016 presidential election. Trump has repeatedly denied the affair.

In a social media post on Truth Social on Saturday, Trump stated that he expected to be arrested on Tuesday in connection to the investigation. He then called on his supporters to protest the possible indictment.

In his recent fundraising email which was sent out on Tuesday, it noted that currently there are barricades set up around Manhattan Criminal Court as they await to see what the decision will be on whether or not Trump is going to be indicted in the case “despite having committed NO CRIME.”

The email also stated that Trump knows that “true vindication” will come after the 2024 presidential election when he wins back the White House. The email proceeds to call on Trump’s supporters for donations to his campaign. He also signs the letter by stating that if the media leaks are correct then this might be the last time he addresses his supporters before indictment and that is why he wanted to express his gratitude for their support of “our movement.”
