( – On Monday, former President Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to once again attack the judge and prosecutor in his New York civil trial case.

Trump began by pointing out that Judge Arthur Engoron, who had previously refused to allow a Jury in this case, had now ignored a decision by the Appellate Court that was dismissing around 90 percent of this lawsuit. He further pointed out that the gag order against him by Engoron was completely unconstitutional and it was an attempt to block him from presenting important information to the Courts and Public.

He also attacked York Attorney General Letitia James (D) who he referred to as “racist.” He proceeded to argue that those two were harming not only the Justice System of New York but also the entire country.

Last week, an appeals court in New York noted that the gag order in this case would be upheld, blocking Trump from attacking the court staff in the civil fraud trial. The gag order came after Trump had attacked one of the clerks in Engoron’s court, falsely calling him Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) “girlfriend.”

In its opinion, the court order noted that the narrow nature of the gag order, and the fact that the limitation was exclusively targeting the court’s staff, meant that there was not a lot of potential for harm. Engoron pointed out that following Trump’s comments about his clerks there had been a large number of threats that had targeted his court staff.
