(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Former President Donald Trump during his speech in Columbia, South Carolina recounted the failures of the Biden administration in the past two years. During his second speech for that day, which was aired live on Newsmax, he commented that “Every day is like April Fool’s Day.”
He noted that while the Democrats claim to want to defund the police, all this has led to is an increase in crimes. He also talked about the case of Hunter Biden’s laptop, which has now become even more serious because of the classified documents that were found in Joe Biden’s Delaware home. He then blasted the Biden administration for their move away from energy independence which led to massive increases in gas prices and really high inflation.
He added that during the Trump administration, he had managed to give America the “greatest economy” it has ever had, and this is something that he can easily do again.
Trump has also vowed that if he gets elected in 2024 not only will the open border stop existing in its current form, but he would make sure that there would be criminal penalties for any future presidents that allowed illegal immigrants through.
During the speech he reiterated many of his earlier campaign promises as well, saying he would defund schools that attempted to promote “sick” content or teach critical race theory to children.
Finally, he also defended New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation primary status, saying that despite Biden’s attempts to make South Carolina the first primary state, he would work his hardest to ensure that this does not happen.
