(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – On Wednesday, former President Donald Trump slammed the New York judge over his ruling against him, his family, and company a day earlier.
In the civil lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Letitia James, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled on Tuesday that Trump had defrauded insurers and banks by overvaluing various of his assets and net worth on papers in order to take advantage of more beneficial loan terms and premiums.
In a post on his social media platform Truth Social, Trump argued that Engoron was a “Deranged, Trump-Hating” Judge, who had “RAILROADED” the case against him through the New York court system at an extreme speed. He added that he had blocked the case from being moved to the Commercial Division, despite that being where it belonged, and denied having a trial or jury in this case. He then pointed out that “He made up this crazy ‘KILL TRUMP’ decision” and had decided on extremely low valuations for his properties despite evidence suggesting otherwise.
Trump stated that the judge’s “anger & hatred” was politically motivated and that his net worth was in fact much larger than what the financial statements were showing. Finally, Trump pointed out that all the banks he dealt with were happy, that his loans had been completely paid off without any problems, and that the financial disclosures included a strong disclaimer clause. Still, the judge and James were focused on his finances rather than the murderers left to roam the streets of New York.
