(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Currently, the only one to have officially launched a 2024 presidential campaign is former President Donald Trump.

Trump launched his third bid for the White House on November 15th. During his announcement speech, he promised to bring back many of the policies that he had implemented during his administration, as well as create new measures that would help address the key issues faced by Americans right now.

On January 28th, Trump is set to hold his first public campaign event in Columbia, South Carolina, with Governor Henry McMaster, Senator Lindsey Graham, other lawmakers, and members of the state’s congressional delegation. During the event, he is also set to announce who will be on his South Carolina leadership team.

On Wednesday he took to his social media platform Trump Social, to promote many of the policies that he will focus on if he manages to win the election. Trump has vowed to enact more aggressive restrictions on Chinese ownership of American energy, technology, and farmland. He also noted that it was important for the U.S. to stop the sale of “essential industries” and to try to get China to sell its existing holdings in these industries.

Last month, Trump had also said that he would focus his attention on “domestic censorship” and that any officials who had been found to engage in “misinformation” or “disinformation” campaigns would lose their job. He also vowed to put a limit on “censorship activities.”
