(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Former President Donald Trump, who is currently facing a series of legal woes, most recently attacked the judge overseeing the civil case brought forth against him by E. Jean Carroll. Specifically, he commented that this was a “Clinton-appointed judge.”
This is not the first time that Trump has attacked the judges handling his cases. Previously he has claimed that the judge handling the hush money case in New York that was brought forth by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg “hates” him. In fact, as soon as Trump was indicted in this case started posting on his social media platform Truth Social, about how Judge Juan Merchan was partisan and claimed that he was a “Trump Hating Judge,” and had even said that Merchan “HATES ME.”
Joe Tacopina, Trump’s lawyer in this case, has remarked when asked that currently there is nothing to suggest that Merchan’s credibility should be questioned.
In his recent commentary of federal Judge Lewis Kaplan, who oversaw the civil case against him, Trump claimed that Kaplan hated him “more than is humanly possible.” He added that the judge was biased and a “terrible person” and that he should have “recused himself” from this case after he was requested to do so.
Trump has also in the past criticized the judge who oversaw the Paul Manafort case, claiming that the judge’s Mexican heritage could potentially mean that he was biased against him.
The legal community has been alarmed by Trump’s continuous attacks on judges, and many have pointed out that Trump’s lawyers are always in a position to fight any decisions which they consider to be unfair.
