( – Former President Trump recently expressed strong criticism towards Kayleigh McEnany, his ex-White House press secretary, following her comments on Fox News. McEnany had shared her perspective on how Trump might unify the Republican party.

During Fox News’ coverage of the New Hampshire primary, McEnany suggested, “At this stage, it’s wise for Trump to adopt a general election tone. This approach seems particularly pertinent considering the night’s outcomes appeared favorable for Joe Biden. Our voter analysis indicates only 10% would reject Biden as a nominee. Notably, he secured a majority among voters concerned about his age and those disapproving of the Gaza war.”

She further advised, “If I were Trump, I’d concentrate solely on the general election. I’d assume the role of a presumptive nominee, focusing firstly on unifying the party, and secondly on attracting independent voters, a group Nikki Haley won over Trump by a margin of 55-39%. That’s the strategy I’d pursue.”

Mediaite was the first to spotlight McEnany’s statements.

Trump responded sharply to his former press secretary through a post on Truth Social. “I don’t need any guidance from ‘RINO’ Kayleigh McEnany on Fox,” he declared. “I’ve just triumphed significantly over a weak candidate, ‘Birdbrain’, and now she’s offering me unsolicited advice. She should reserve her suggestions for Nikki!”

This isn’t the first time Trump has directed his ire at McEnany. He previously dubbed her “milktoast McEnany” after she discussed Fox News polls that were favorable to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis (R), who has since exited the GOP primary race.
