Rocker Ted Nugent has never been the slightest bit afraid of standing up against the mainstream left, and he proved once again this week that no one is going to keep him from saying what he means. At a time when almost everyone in the entertainment industry would rather jump off a ten-story building than say a cross word about Black Lives Matter, Nugent went on Eric Bolling’s “America This Week” to trash the movement as “stupid and soulless.”
“I love hearing the Star-Spangled Banner,” said Bolling. “Let’s talk a little bit about what’s going on in the country. You see them kneeling when as the song is being played, you see them disrespecting the flag that is on my chest and probably on your arm. What does that do to Ted Nugent?”
“I identify those people as being real soulless, real stupid. They don’t even know what they’re doing,” Nugent said. “I mean, they claim that somebody’s hands were up, and they got shot. That’s a lie. I know the situation. I’ve studied those situations, and nobody’s hands were up, and nobody got shot. So the entire premise of that so-called protest is based on a lie.
“And they can’t be that stupid. They know it’s a lie,” he continued. “They’re just liars. So when you see someone disrespecting our flag, um, they don’t deserve any respect themselves, and they should be ashamed of themselves.”
If trashing the BLM movement wasn’t enough for one week, Nugent also appeared on One America News Network to talk about the election, arguing that fraud was rampant in the 2020 vote.
“Who doesn’t know the glaring evidence?” Nugent said. “I’m aware of all that evidence. Everybody I know is aware of all that evidence. Everybody I know knows that there are hundreds of thousands of dead people that voted. There are probably hundreds of thousands of votes that were created by a few dozen people with the same signatures that somehow they thought that the signatures didn’t need to match the voting record of the so-called voter, the machines that were rigged to give a Trump vote to Biden.”
Nugent said that it’s a travesty that no one will face prison time for their crimes against this president and his supporters.
“Somebody’s gotta go to jail,” he said. “Everywhere I go, why aren’t these people in jail? Why isn’t Hillary Clinton in jail? Why isn’t Pelosi in jail? Why isn’t Eric Holder in jail? My buddy Brian Terry, the great border agent, he’s dead with the guns that Obama and Holder gave to the Mexican gangs. I mean, I can go on and on. Benghazi was not about a video. We all know this stuff, unless somebody hit you in the head with a brick in your youth and your brain doesn’t function.”
Unfortunately, judging by much of what we see each day on social media, that may very well be the case with much of the American public.
