(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Former House Speaker Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), in an interview with New York Magazine, stated that the most recent indictment against former President Donald Trump was “beautiful.” She further argued that there was a strong possibility of the case leading to a conviction.
The interview was first published on Monday, and in it, Pelosi did not only speak about the indictment but also about the possibility of Trump winning the 2024 presidential election. Pelosi had stated that the indictments against the former President were “exquisite” and that they have many intricacies. She proceeded to argue that these indictments have more chances of leading to convictions than anything she could have possibly done.
In terms of considering the possibility of Trump winning the White House again and serving a second term, Pelosi argued that this was not even something she wanted to think about. She added that this cannot occur and if it does, they would stop being the United States. She further argued that if Trump wins the Presidential election, then a “criminal enterprise” would be taking over the White House.
Trump has been indicted three times this year, with two of the three indictments being federal indictments connected to his attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election and his mishandling of classified documents. Special Counsel Jack Smith announced Trump’s latest indictment last week which related to Trump’s role in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol attack, and his efforts to remain in the White House following the 2020 presidential election.
