“Totally Devoid of Merit”

Judge Vera described Ziegler’s motion to dismiss the lawsuit as “totally devoid of merit.” According to Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, this ruling marks just the beginning of holding Ziegler accountable for his actions. “As we have demonstrated,” Lowell said, “from the time he illegally accessed Mr. Biden’s personal data to his court papers trying to defend his conduct, Mr. Ziegler has violated the law.”

The case isn’t settled yet, with a hearing date set for November 12. Hunter Biden accuses Ziegler of breaching computer fraud and data laws, seeking additional damages and an injunction to prevent Ziegler from retaining his private files.
