( – Adam Frisch, the Democratic challenger vying for the seat currently held by Lauren Boebert slammed her for being “ineffectual” both in Washington, D.C., and at home. The comments came ahead of the scheduled Wednesday visit from President Joe Biden to the district.

Biden is set to visit a wind tower manufacturer, CW Wind, located in Pueblo. A press statement from the Whtie House notes that during his visit he would refer to his administration’s efforts to provide investments for “clean energy manufacturing.”

Frisch, who had previously dubbed himself a “conservative Democrat” told Newsweek that he was critical of Bidenomics, i.e. the name given to President Biden’s economic agenda. As he noted he was worried that the name had become synonymous with inflation and financial strife. He then alleged that Boebert, who he will be competing against in 2024 for her seat in the House, would not be able to work on passing any bipartisan legislation in Congress.

Frisch further argued that Boebert was often making national headlines, however she never made headlines because of her legislative achievements, but rather it was always because of unrelated reasons. He added that most of the time the headlines are because of the “angertainment” part of her time serving in office. He then pointed out that it was for this reason that there was an opening for someone else to step in.

He noted further that people were tired of being left out and having to deal with extremism on both sides.
