Communistic PA Rep. Rabb wants men sterile

In the Memorandum posted October 2, 2021, 03:06 PM titled, “Enforcing reproductive responsibility among men“, Christopher Rabb writes more. It’s tyrannical and dystopian from start to finish starting by dehumanizing men by referring to them as simply, “inseminators”.

Dehumanization is a tactic utilized in the 10 Steps To Genocide. If bills like this are passed and the constitution and our personal rights and liberties continue to be disregarded, we find ourselves in the last stages of persecution and extermination still.

This radical agenda is reminiscent of the Communist China Party’s one-child and three-child policies which resulted in forced abortions as families tried to have male children over the decades. This policy also results in more human trafficking as there are fewer women for men to find raising the demand for modern-day slavery. Women tend to leave rural areas seeking pay in exchange for sex giving rise to a “Marriage Broker” industry in China as well and leaving mostly men in these small, poor communities.

The problem is well known in China. Women are vastly outnumbered by men cascading into multiple negative outcomes for the people.

It gets much worse… Representative Christopher M. Rabb wrote,

Further, this legislation will allow Pennsylvanians to take civil action for unwanted pregnancies against inseminators who wrongfully conceive a child with them.

This legislation will also empower Pennsylvanians to enforce this new law by offering a $10,000 reward for reporting to the proper authorities those scofflaws who have not complied with this statute within the allotted timeframe.

As long as state legislatures continue to restrict the reproductive rights of cis women, trans men and non-binary people, there should be laws that address the responsibility of men who impregnate them. Thus, my bill will also codify “wrongful conception” to include when a person has demonstrated negligence toward preventing conception during intercourse.

In the spirit of this popular axiom, I encourage my colleagues to take a gander at this forthcoming bill that seeks to end this egregiously gendered double standard for the benefit of all individuals, our families and our great commonwealth.
