(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) claimed that following her recent removal from the “Beetlejuice” performance she would not be going on any “future date(s).” According to reports, last week the Republican lawmaker and a male companion were removed from a Denver theater for singing loudly and disturbing other attendees during a “Beetlejuice” performance. The Representative was also caught on camera vaping and was allegedly taking photos of the performance.
The Denver Post was the first to report on the incident. Originally a spokesperson for the lawmaker had claimed that she had not been vaping; however, a video from the incident was released showing the contrary.
On Monday during a TMZ interview Boebert claimed that her job was to help take the burdens off people and that when the opposite occurred, it was something that one felt “deep inside.” She added that from now on “all future date nights” were canceled and that prior to going on dates one should check the other person’s party affiliations. This was a reference apparently to her male companion at the theater performance who had reportedly been a Democrat.
Boebert further noted about the incident that she had a great time and that she took full responsibility for her actions. Adam Frisch, her Democratic challenger, referred to the incident with Boebert as “another notch in the belt of embarrassment.”
Boebert, however, stated that there were many people who understood that the incident was part of her private personal life and time.
