(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – Special counsel David Weiss is planning on indicting President Biden’s son, Hunter Biden by the end of September according to a recent court filing that was meant to update a judge on the progress made in his probe.

According to the filing, Weiss stated that according to the “Speedy Trial Act,” the government is required to have a grand jury return an indictment at the earliest by September 29th, 2023. He pointed out that the government was intending to have a return on indictment before then.

Weiss’ filing comes after Biden’s previous plea deal had fallen apart as a judge refused to approve it. Biden was going to be pleading guilty to two counts of willful failure to pay taxes. He was also going to enter a diversion program that is related to a separate gun charge, which relates to his failure to note that he had been using drugs when he tried to purchase a firearm.

However, following a Judge’s review of the plea deal, the agreement fell through as the judge pointed out that the case did not make it clear whether or not Hunter Biden would be immune from being prosecuted on other matters if he entered the plea deal.

Weiss had brought forward the charges and plea deal while acting as the U.S. attorney of Delaware, however after the deal fell through he was appointed as the Department of Justice’s special counsel. As such he is now able to file charges against Biden in venues outside of Delaware, including in California and Washington, D.C., both of which are locations where whistleblowers have claimed there would be strong evidence against Biden.
