(PatriotNewsDaily.com) – President Biden had been riding on a high ever since the midterm elections when the Democrats performed far better than expected. In November, the Democrats did not only manage to retain their control of the Senate, but they also managed to increase it by one seat. While they lost the House they did so with minimal losses allowing for a very narrow majority.

President Biden has also been touting his administration’s efforts, speaking about how inflation is slowing down and there are a record-high number of jobs being added to the market every month.

On Tuesday night, the President is going to be giving his State of the Union address. However, the climate surrounding the President has started to change and is not as it was at the start of the year.

The year started on a good note for Biden before revelations regarding the classified documents found both in his private office in Washington, D.C., and in his Delaware home came out. The discovery of the documents has led to a Department of Justice investigation.

Gas prices which had been slowly coming down since the record-high prices they reached in the summer are also starting to increase once again.

The latest source of criticism for the President has come after it was revealed that a suspected Chinese surveillance balloon had infiltrated the U.S. airspace before being shot down just outside of South Carolina. Republicans have maintained that Biden should not have let the balloon travel across the U.S. for a few days before ordering it to be brought down.
